If I uses ChopBox connection Anchors for a figure, can I just create 1
instance of ChopBox connection anchor for all incoming connections and
outgoing connections? Or I need 1 chopbox connection anchor per connection?

You can use only once instance of you ChopboxAnchor for all incoming /
outgoing connections.

You have a supposed "minimal" code sample demo called "Hello Gef 2" that
does what you want on http://eclipsewiki.swiki.net/ in GEF / Example, or
http://eclipsewiki.swiki.net/50#hellogef2 for direct link.
