Not sure if this submitted correctly the first time. I tried adding a new plugin to eclipse, but got the following error. does anyone know what is wrong?

That's exactly (!) the error-message i get, when trying to install the smarty-Plugin from p2-dev.pdt-extensions.org
I'm running eclipse-version (very new):
Version: Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2)
Build id: 20150219-0600

I have the same issue while trying to update.

Eclipse IDE for Java Developers

i tried to manually install smarty before, as described in that linked thread, but it didn't work out - i still got (and get) this error ..
