I'd like my help to look like the help you get when you ask for it in the
New Package wizard for example. The help panel appears right and kinda
expands the wizard dialog. It contains what looks like html help or
something similar...

Anyone has any hints on how to use that "help panel" in a wizard?

You should bind a context help id to the control.
