Uninstalling individual modelling features in Mars [message #1650118] Wed, 04 March 2015 12:26 Go to next message

I've got the Eclipse Modeling Tools package on Mars and I need to downgrade a feature (EGit/JGit), but I'm unable to uninstall just an individual feature (see attached screeenshot; "Uninstall" is disabled). Is this now expected behaviour on Mars? Is there any way to override this and uninstall the feature?

Thanks

I'm on Eclipse Modeling Tools
Version: Mars Milestone 5 (4.5.0M5)
Build id: 20150205-1617

Ernesto,

I don't think this is possible. The alternative is to start with a bare
bones package and install only the things/versions you want...

Thanks. That is indeed what I ended up doing.
