Highlighting Help [message #306739] Thu, 03 August 2006 19:11 Go to next message

In several applications in Windows environment and OSX environment, I have
seen a technique where a red circle draws itself around portions of
documents, etc. to direct a user's attention to a specific location on a
document. Is there anything similar to this in Eclipse?

For example, if I have a grid of cells in some document, and the state of my
program maps to one of these, I would like to circle that cell. But I don't
really want to program up a lot of sophistication in the grid - in the other
enviornments, these are actually pretty simple documents, etc.

Thanks.
