I think that it might be time to terminate and archive the Java EE Configuration Editors project (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/webtools.java-ee-config).

The committers working on the project have since moved on and so, AFAICT, nobody is currently working on the project.

AFAIK, the code base does contain a half-completed web.xml editor, but unless someone else wants to take on this work, we should archive the project.

PMC Members, please discuss options and let me know what you want to do.
