[platform-team-dev] Merging platform core and team

The Eclipse project PMC has done a review
of our sub-projects, and found a few sub-projects that don't have enough
active committers to continue operating as independent projects. We are
in the process of merging some projects together to ensure each project
has a large enough pool of active participants. You can find all the background

For this mailing list, the area of interest
is the following change:

Merging eclipse.platform.team into eclipse.platform.resources

As a result of this merge, the following
active Platform Team committers will be nominated for Platform Resources
commit rights: mjanczarska, tzarna, dani

The following inactive Platform Team
committer will lose commit rights when the Platform Team project ceases
to exist: yamanaka

If you are listed as inactive but are
interested in staying involved as a committer on this project, please speak
up here and we will ensure your commit rights carry over.
