Folks,

Sorry for the extra email traffic. I mistakenly initiated a voting cycle
for the initial committers of the new OCL Tools component of MDT (as per
the guidance at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Modeling_Project_Component_Creation) when
instead I should have submitted a provisioning request (see below).
Hopefully all is well now.
