Dear PMC,

I can't quite remember whether we wanted to have a vote on
every EPL contribution of a new feature that comes in through
bugzilla -- I thought I'd just add my +1 as a PMC member, is
that in order or do we want to vote?

In this specific case, I have requested a legal review of the
code that my Google Summer of Code student has written this
summer, such that we can move it from the current SourceForge
repository into our main Eclipse.org Repository.
