[dsdp-pmc] Please approve RSE CDT Launch patch contribution

Dear PMC,

according to the Eclipse Due Diligence Guidelines I'm asking PMC approval
for the following contribution:

Ewa Matejska from PalmSource has contributed a significant enhancement to
her RSE CDT Remote Launch integration. The contribution is recorded at
   https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=157426

The patch is 932 lines in size, so the contribution itself is approx. 
800 lines of code.
This patch is very important for RSE since it makes the CDT Remote Launch
much more flexible by using RSE-Registered (contributed) services instead
of hardcoding ssh.
