Dear AspectJ users,

we are pleased to announce AspectJ release 1.9.9 with Java 18 support. It is available on Maven Central already.

The AspectJ installer can be found on Aspectj.dev.
There is also an AJDT update site for Eclipse 4.23 (2022-03).
For more detailes release information, please read the release notes.
On GitHub there also is a short guide describing options for setting up a development environment.
See AspectJ GitHub issue #95 for more information and for an example project showing how to upgrade to the latest AspectJ version when using dev.aspectj:aspectj-maven-plugin:1.13.1.
