The following document provides the necessary information for getting started with the Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) Statistical Reports in TPTP.

Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) Statistical Reports are used to aggregate and summarize numerous statistical events over a period of time. The BIRT statistical reports present statistical events in tables and charts so users can easily locate trends and effectually analyze.
The following dependencies are required by the BIRT Statistical Reports:
- Perfmon monitoring agents
- Statistical views
- Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
- Graphics Editor Framework (GEF)
- Data Tools Platform (DTP)
For more information, see the As-Is and Requirements sections of the download site for this TPTP release.
- Install the necessary dependencies.
- Remove the following plug-ins from the
<Eclipse installation directory>/pluginsdirectory:- org.eclipse.tptp.platform.statistical.report.birt_<version>
- org.eclipse.tptp.platform.statistical.report.birt.ui_<version>
- org.eclipse.tptp.platform.statistical.report.birt.doc.user_<version>
- org.eclipse.tptp.platform.statistical.report.birt.source_<version>1
- Remove the following features from the
<Eclipse installation directory>/featuresdirectory:- org.eclipse.tptp.platform.statistical.report.birt_<version>
- org.eclipse.tptp.platform.statistical.report.birt.source_<version>1
- Extract the BIRT Statistical Reports archive to the
<Eclipse installation directory>/dropinsdirectory. - Start Eclipse with the -clean option.
