The Testers Choice awards, conducted annually by Software Test
& Performance, recognize excellence in software test and
performance tools.
The Eclipse Test & Performance Tools Platform (TPTP)
had an excellent review this year, being present as a runner-up
or winner in four categories covering Performance, Test and Code
Analysis!
- The TPTP Project was selected the best Free Performance management tool available, to out-run JUnit.
- TPTP Testing tool is also a runner-up in the Free Test category and is second to JUnit in this space.
- The TPTP static and dynamic code analysis tooling has won the second place in the Static/Dynamic code analysis category, to out-run Parasoft's Jtest.
- TPTP is also a runner-up in the Java Test/Performance category.
- A TPTP-based tool, IBM Rational Performance Tester, is a
runner-up in the Load/Performance
Test category.
