PMC Membership
Even with the switch to once a month calls, attendance and participation in the PMC is almost non-existent. Not only that, but Ward and Cliff are both planning to resign their positions on the PMC before the end of year. Cliff and I talked about what sort of PMC might be useful - one thought is to have all the Technology project leads be members of the PMC. The problem with that is that most of them are inexperienced. On the plus side, however, the larger PMC could be used to educate and provide consensus around decisions.
No other agenda items were addressed due to lack of attendance.
