Meeting of OHF committers 24-July by phone

 - planning accouncement - We are planning to have an OHF FTF meeting around the Oct 11/12
   There was some discussion about also having a discussion about having a meeting in the 
   weekend before HL7 meeting in mid-Sept in Florida

 - Status: All still waiting for the Eclipse legal process
   Eishay - Demo with OpenEMR using webservices/bridge/IHE actors was very successful. Lot's 
   of IBM'ers saw it, OHF will get used in IBM and in OpenEMR community. Company MirraMed (sp?)
   saw the documents on the wiki, used the webservices, all worked. Would like to introduce them
   to us on the next call. Critical time for IHE is coming up. Cost was $4k per actor, which is 
   problematic. Discuss with IHE - Charles said they need to find someone to partner with. Maybe
   look for sponsorship? 5 actors - $20k/partner. There is 3 open source (GPL). There is 3 
   commercial ones. Don (with help from Sarah and Eishay) to speak to IHE about discount,
   Grahame to talk to Skip about sponsorship. 
   Dan - progress is good. no dependencies - code to come maybe later in summer after refactoring
   Linuxworld - Skip and DOn maybe there. Eishay will be there, Jamie will probably talk there.
   talking about OHF, the openSource EMR's will be there, a chance to meet them in person. They
   are welcome on this call.

 - Don - Server Side Security - how does this work? Don has a model to propose....
   Plug-ins will be used in RCP & OSGi/Server - but they are used as plain jars.
   Detailed discussion of the relationship between IHE actors and security  and 
   plug-ins and architecture. 
 
 - Grahame to look at the metadata for XDS - for Sarah, today

 - Eishay to gather what public evidence there is for contributions from proposed
   new committers, then send to Grahame
