AMW - 20061208 - New and Noteworthy

New release with changes in the Model Weaver.

• This version of the model weaver has a better integration to execute transformations.
  The weaving panel contains two menus to execute matching transformations and higher-order transformations.
  This release contains a new plugin "org.eclipse.weaver.transformation" with a set of transformations.
• The "org.eclipse.weaver.core" plugin provides a new extension point "org.eclipse.weaver.transformationID" that enables to add new transformations as needed. The documentation to create user defined transformation plugins is available in the extension point definition.
• This release contains a set of major changes concerning the metamodel extensions. These changes were already available in the sources since September, 29th. More information can be found here.
