If the line of a failure trace is too witdth then in the JUnit view the line
is cropped which means that I cannot read the whole line.

What solution is there for this problem?

I use Eclipse 2.0.2.

If you hover over the line with the mouse, the entire text will be
displayed.
Can't you just make the JUnit view bigger?

No, after 240 characters it is the end of a line. No scrolling possible.

Hovering doesn't seem to help, although now I tested hovering on 2.1
version.

I have no further suggestions.
I would continue this on the eclipse.tools.jdt newsgroup where the JUnit
gurus are known to lurk and this is Java specific.
