Hi, I would like very much to migrate my dev env from JB to Eclipse, but
always run into show stopper. Here is one the them.

In JB, I can type what ever language, in my case Vietnamese, to the file and
save it. The next time, when I open, JB convert the unicode text to the
format that java can understand, here is an example:

label.giaolyGrade=Gia\u0301o Ly\u0301 Grade

Does Esclipse has a plug in the can do this translation?
I attempted to change the editor encoding .. but no luck

Help is greatly appreciated.
