Designing HTML page in eclipse [message #639034]

I am creating HTML page in eclipse.
Can I include HTML tags from eclipse ? By that I mean, if I want to include JSP tags (scriptlet, include, expression or declaration), I can open snippet view and include these tags from there in to the JSP page.
Can I include HTML tags like this ? Is there any view which contains all the HTML tags and I can include it directly in HTML page ?
I tried top check in different views, but could not find any.
