Hello,
I notice that translation completions for version 3.5 are almost 0%.
Does it mean that all translation work must be done again for each
Eclipse release??? If this is the case, it's really discouraging.

No! They will be migrated, and we really should make that clearer.
Our small database server is beginning to struggle with the almost 3
million translation records, so I have begin moving the database to a
'real' server. After that, we'll do some improvements so that existing
translations are migrated faster.
I would hold off on translating any 3.5/Galileo projects for now. I
will post something on the Babel server tool.
