Hi,

I guess this is a great and widely published example on how important proper
i18n and also a correct Culture/Locale Context can be:

I noticed, there was no Language Champion for Russian at Babel right now
anyway.
How about offering that to Minister Lavrov, unless of course he is already
overloaded, too ?;-)
