I had eclipse shortcut available on desktop. Its not available now (I did not delete it for sure). How can I access eclipse now ? I dont see anywhere eclipse available.

By "shortcut" I assume you mean Windows. All your need to do is search
for eclipse.exe and, when you find it, re-create the shortcut and put it
on your desktop.
