I have an older RCP-Application, which I run with the Compatibility Layer. This works fine, as long as I start the application with clear (checking the checkbox in the debug configuration). When I don't start the application with clear, the compatibility views are not initialized and an empty shell appears.

Is there any known issue concerning such a problem? Starting the application with clear is not a big problem but it seems that something is saved in the workspace.

Not that we know of but we need to have a reproduceable test case.
