Greetings,
I'm working on a project where I'm extending/modifying
http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/strict.dtd to do server side data binding. At
first, I thought I had an error in my customized DTD. But, when I validate
the original file from http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/strict.dtd, it fails
with the following error (the red X) at line number 81:
The declaration for the entity "ContentType" must end with '>'.
My questions...
Is http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/strict.dtd really invalid?
If not, then is this a bug?
TIA, Charlie
My eclipse installed software follows...

Crickets. Two weeks and no response. I'll enter a bug report.
