XML Formatting after Template insertion [message #227954] Tue, 17 February 2009 07:24 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hello,

On the XML editor plugin I'm currently working on, I added a set of
templates which I can successfully choose from the content assist
proposals.
Yet, when I select a template, it gets added to my file but the XML
indentation is partially bad.

Is there a way to invoke the XML Formatter just after the template was
inserted (any event listener available?), or is there any other way to
have proper template insertion (idealy, with respect for the user custom
formatting preferences) ?

Thank you in advance
Xavier

Not currently. It would make a good feature request, especially if
you're interested in working on it :)
