Keeping having to "Update EAR Libraries" [message #219845]

I recently upgraded to eclipse ganymede from Europa and I've noticed that
every time I start up eclipse there's this one project that I have to
"Update EAR Libraries" on or it doesn't find any of its EAR libraries.

There are no errors in the Error Log except the ones from my previous
eclipse session.

Has anyone else noticed this problem? Any ideas how I could go about
debugging it?
