Error while doing Run on Server [message #219020]

Whenevr I am trying to run the web application as "Run on server", its
trying to start the server (even if the server is running) and gives error
that server port is in use.

I have to manually stop the server and then do again Run on server.
Is there any better way to handle this? or is it a bug?
I am using weblogic server 8.1 and wtp 1.5.1.

I have had this same experience and your work-around is the only one
