Failure to Bundle JRE on Linux x86_64 [message #1292567]

I have successfully exported my first RCP app without bundling the JRE. However,
when I attempt to bundle the JRE, export fails with this message:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: com.examples.e4.rcp.wizard 1.0.0.201404111035 (com.examples.e4.rcp.wizard.product 1.0.0.201404111035)
Missing requirement for filter properties ~= $0: com.examples.e4.rcp.wizard 1.0.0.201404111035 (com.examples.e4.rcp.wizard.product 1.0.0.201404111035) requires 'com.examples.e4.rcp.wizard.product_root.gtk.linux.x86_64 [1.0.0.201404111035]' but it could not be found
