By another I always met the error "IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web
service to Axis runtime axis-admin failed with
{http://xml.apache.org/axis/}...". I have checked it. Someone said that
it's a time issue and wait for a moment would be OK. I tried twice, it did
not work. What's this problem?
