Map remote build error logs with code using CDT [message #1225950]

I created a C/C++ project which i am building it for Linux from Window using my plugin.I am transferring my source code to linux machine and build is successfull.

When build error occurs i am able to get error logs in CDT console window in Eclipse,however when i double click on error log in console window i am not able to link the error with my code in IDE.

How can I link the same??
