Debug Perspective not switching after clicking Yes on "Confirm Perspective switch" [message #1219482]

I'm developing RCP Application based on e4 Compatibility layer.
In this RCP application I'm reusing JavaScript and Debug Perspectives.
I'm able to debug and develop and edit JavaScript files.

Problem: When I try to debug JavaScript with break-points from JavaScript Perspectives it pops up Switch perspective dialog as below:

index.php/fa/16927/0/

When I click Yes its not opening Debug perspective instead its opening debug view and above image.

Any Idea why its happening?.
Any Help.
