Cannot deploy EAR [message #194573]

I am running eclipse 3.2.2, wtp 1.5.5 and JBoss 4.2.0.
I have a simple JEE app: An EAR with an EJB project, a Web project, an
EJB client project in the Web project.
When I try to deploy the EAR on JBoss, nothing happens. I can validate,
export the EAR, exported EAR content seems ok.
The problem seems to follow an erasement of files in
Workspace/.metadata/plugin/org.eclipse.jst.server.core I have done
because the EAR, War did not synchronised correctly.
I lost some hours with this silly problem, could someone help me?
