Use port: 80

In both cases it times out trying to connect.
"Error fetching resource list from repository. Reason: Could not connect to
:pserver:anonymous@proxy.eclispe.org:80/cvsroot/webtools: I/0 has been
interrupted."

I'm using eclipse 3.2.1 on a windows xp machine.

any help would be great
