Last weeks I-build WTP_1.5.1-200607272136
Current configuration contains errors that are not corrected by the
requested operation and more errors would be introduced. See details for
more information.
----- Current configuration problems -----
Apache WSIL4J (1.0.0.v200606071530--0842282939426_) requires
feature "org.uddi4j.feature (2.0.3)", or compatible.
WST Relational Database Adapters
(1.5.0.v200605151622--Cq0bcpcmqDlaFE) requires feature
"org.eclipse.wst.rdb_ui.feature (1.0.0)", or later version.
JST Common Core (1.5.0.v200605151622--08422828352537) requires
feature "org.eclipse.wst.common_core.feature (1.0.0)", or later version.
WST XML Plug-in Developer Resources
(1.5.0.v200605151622-842282744365_-9) requires feature
"org.eclipse.wst.xml_ui.feature".
JST Web UI (1.5.0.v200605151622--2PD88P8P_KAICP) requires feature
"org.eclipse.jst.web_core.feature (1.0.0)", or later version.
Some of the required versions are hard wired in the feature.xml for example:

Notice the difference between the directory naming and the reported
version in that one case. I've not looked at any others.
