Failed deployment on Oracle Application server [message #170804]

I use eclipse wtp 1.0.2 and Oracle Application server version 10.1.3 on
Windows(not a OC4J Standalone). I create a new server with a Oracle J2EE
home <OAS_HOME>\j2ee\home and with a jdk, that comes with OAS(1.5.0.05).
When i try to deploy my project on the Oracle Application Server this
stops on starting virtual machine and shows message box
Timeout waiting for OCI Standalone v10.1.3 to start. Server did not start
after 300000s. Same thing with a default jdk(1.5.0.06).
How to deploy my application on a Oracle Application server version
10.1.3?
