I really wish that the WTP UI would stay consistent between levels. We've
put up with the volatile UI during the pre 1.0 versions, but that's ok ...
it was pre-release. By now things should have settled down a little bit.
Change is inevitable, but I hope there is a conscious effort to try not to
jack the users around too much. In another post someone mentioned that
they have credibility problems presenting WTP with it's bugs. When the UI
drastically changes that can cause as much of a problem as an actual bug.
My own personal philosophy on this is to only change the UI if I have to, or
the change is clearly an improvement. Change for the sake of change
(Microsoft) is not a good thing. :-)

-My latest gripe is the completely changed the J2EE perspective in 1.5. I
admit that the original J2EE perspective took some getting use to. I hope
the new look is clearly better. Now I'm not sure why I'd choose the new
J2EE perspective over a simple Java perspective.

- My other gripe is moving preference pages and menu items around so I have
to go hunt for them. I don't have any specific examples, just a general
comment.
