Hudson delete job fails [message #1111374]

Hello,

when trying to delete a hudson (3.0.1-b2) job with admin rights the popup screen "Checking if the job can be deleted.." does not disappear and nothing more happens.
Firebug says:
h..ps://xx.com/hudson/job/xxService2/1/api/json?_=1379483494833 403 forbidden

Is there a solution or workaround to the problem?

We fixed a bug in Hudson 3.1.0 that could solve this issue. More over in Hudson 3.1.0 more error details will be displayed in the dialog.

Great that the update is available! But: Installed the update, clicked on "delete project", same error as before Sad

Is there a way to get a job deleted without the frontend? I would try to delete the job from the database, or is there a better way?

Ok, found out: Just delete the folder and restart Hudson, job is gone.

I have the problem too with Hudson 3.1.0 IE and Chrome...

When can we expect a release to correct this?

Can you try 3.1.2. I have added more debugging in the delete dialog. BTW, one of my co-worker had the same problem and it turned out the job could not be physically deleted, because it was in a NFS mounted disk and there was a lock preventing it from deleting. Do you have any such issue?
