I have noticed that fields that take an email address in Bugzilla forms,
such as cc:, allow you to complete email addresses using ctrl+space.
Where is the list obtained from? I would like it to learn from other
email addresses I have used. Also, I would like to correct one address
it keeps suggesting, which is mine - the official spelling for my
address in Bugzilla is with capital "D" and "W" but the assist keeps
listing it with lowercase "d" and "w", which generates an error message
in Bugzilla.
Thanks,
David

The email proposals for content assist are compiled from the current
tasks commenter(s), CCs, etc along with other task's owner. The 'wrong'
version of your address is likely being pulled in from some other task.
We should only be adding the version of your email from the associated
task repository credentials. Please create a new bug report outlining
your experience and we can discuss further improvements there.

I am using Bugzilla in the "local user" mode (i.e. no @site.com), but
the content assist shows the full email address. Is it taking into
consideration the "local" state when calculating these email addresses?

Local state isn't being considered by the person proposal mechanism but
rather the email is being truncated upon submission to Bugzilla if Local
user is set in the Task Repository settings.
Now that Bugzilla 3.0 supports full names in the xml, once the Bugzilla
Connector is updated to support this [1] and we have first class Person
support in the editor we will be able to present proper user names in
comments, fields, and associated content assist.
