Enterprise Engineer to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for researching, designing and developing the
Replay suite of software solutions. You will work with the latest
techniques in JAVA, BCI and C++ including meta-programming and general
programming. Our technology is cutting edge and you will be breaking new
ground with your work. You will collaborate with the design leads and play
a critical role in helping implement the company’s vision.

Required Skills:
==========
- 5+ years total professional experience with in software programming
- 3+ years recent development with JAVA, BCI (byte code instrumentation),
JVM, J2EE, EJB, Java Beans, Enterprise, JAVA EE, JBoss, Weblogic,
Websphere, Sun Hotspot Server, Kaffe, JESSICA, JESSICA2, J9, JRockit, JIT,
JRE, Servlets, Tomcat, Web Containers, Eclipse
- High-performance software experience and a strong understanding of the
complete SDLC process (ideally with cross-platform experience)
- Very strong understanding of Enterprise architecture,
release/implementation lifecycle
- Recent and extensive experience with large-code bases
- A strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experienced with Multi-threaded programming (C++, JAVA or .NET)
- Strong understanding of OO Methodologies
- Bachelors Degree or related experience in related field is preferred.

Experience with some of the following is highly desired:

- JAVA Byte-Code Instrumentation
- JVM development and/or internals
- Eclipse development / Eclipse plug-in development
- Understanding of Windows or Linux internal system architecture and
operating systems
- Hands-on Experience with STL, algorithms, template meta programming,
Component libraries, Boost
- Assembly (JAVA byte-code, x86 or RISC) (preferably more than academic)
- Software/Hardware Emulation, profilers and/or software engineer tool
development
- Experienced in developing automated regression testing (Python, Perl)
- Background in security/encryption application development
- Knowledgeable regarding the Open Source community
- Agile development processes
- Kernel programming (Linux/Unix), device driver and/or Compiler
development experience
- Binary Instrumentation, WinDBG NT Kernel debugger
- Development of Virtual Machine experience (JVM, VMware, Sun, etc.)
- Windows internals (including related architecture, OS Internals, 64-bit
extensions, Win32 APIs, memory stacks, data structures, processes, and/or
thread)
