Hello
I have just installed eclipse indigo from ubuntu software store but it seams it dose not have any option for c/c++.
So i downloaded from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/indigo/SR2/eclipse-cpp-indigo-SR2-incubation-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz
CDT .MY quastions is how to install it now.
I amvery new to linux pls help!

You untar it to a directory on your file system. There is no formal install procedure.

You need to have a Java JDK/JRE installed to run Eclipse. You specify the location of the JDK/JRE using the procedures documented here:
