Eclipse refactoring can modify ".java" and ".jsp" file (with preview
feature). Does it support other file format like ".html" or ".js"?

How can I implement my own refactoring for ".jsp" file?

Thanks

Regarding whether or not refactoring is supported for html & js. It is not,
but contributions are always welcome :)
As for contributing your own refactoring action for jsp files, I don't think
you can do that either. You could try opening a bug/enhancement request
with your reasoning as to why it is needed.
