i have some problem to conect to my database MySql on goddady

Error creating SQL Model Connection connection to New MySQL. (Error: Connection failed with unspecified error.)
Connection failed with unspecified error.
Error creating JDBC Connection connection to New MySQL. (Error: Connection failed with unspecified error.)
Connection failed with unspecified error.
