Hi

I have some webprojects which includes various javascript files.
I'd rather not have this workflow: Edit the files, make a build, deploy it
on my local WebServer. I'd much rather simply edit the files in place with
and test the changes right away.

In order to do this I need to checkout to the WebServer ROOT folder.
However, I cannot make Subversive checkout to this folder, which I have
created in an Eclipse project with "Link to folder in the file system". When
I try to do this with "Find/Check out as" and select "Check out as a folder
into an existing project", Subversive does check out the files. But I'm
unable to use any Subversion commands on the resulting files. If I use
TortoiseSVN from the Windows Explorer on the files I can submit and so on.

Is it possible to do what I want?

I'm using the Eclipse Ecurope Winter Edition with Subversive
2.0.0.v20080214.

Dear Morten,

The Eclipse Team API does not allow to show Team menu items for projects
which is not connected to source control. So, as workaround please share
with SVN the project into which you whish checkout your files then perform
checkout itself.
