Searching for projects to migrate [message #1043246]

Anytime I start the workspace or save a Java file the progress tab shows "searching for projects to migrate". This takes several seconds to over a minute sometimes before allowing editing to continue. This is a show-stopper from moving to the new release of Eclipse.

I don't know which plugin performs this search and what kind of project migration it refers to. Google shows a similar incident where also a ClearCase plug-in was involved, not sure if there's a connection.
