I've just downloaded Juno 32-bit for Windows and I'm trying to get the available software from Juno-http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno and it keeps giving me these error messages:

Unable to read repository at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno/content.xml.
Unable to read repository at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno/content.xml.
The server download.eclipse.org failed to respond

I've turned off my antivirus but that didn't make a difference. Any ideas what might be causing this?
