Hi,
I'm quite new to EGit. My problem is as follows:
In my eclipse project I use a linked folder (shortcut) to a different (versioned) folder. Still, when commiting, EGit lists all the files "through" the shortcut as untracked.
Selecting files and committing results in the error:
An internal error occurred
Entry not found by path: project-name/shortcutfolder/path/to/file.png
Is this a bug? Or are there some settings that I should change.

It's not clear what to do, so currently we stop at such links, which means EGit doesn't see it, which
I think is a reasonable interpretation.
