Hi all, how can I set axis tick labels to show numbers which grow exponentially, i.e.,1, 2, 4, 8, 16,...2^n.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Is this for the x or y axis and will your values always be one of these values? Or will there be points in-between ticks, like 3? There is a logarithmic scale, option, but not one like you're looking for. If your values will always land on the 1,2,4,8 values, we'll have a much easier time creating the appearance of this. Let me know. You can always request an enhancement for something like this, in the bugzilla.

Thanks for your reply!

For my current situation, this is for the x axis and my values will always land on the 1, 2, 4, 8, ..., 2^n values, there wouldn't be points in-between ticks and I want the interval between two adjacent ticks to be equal, any advice?
