I watched this video and was pretty wowed.
I'm sure there are a lot of cool graphical editors like that, but I have no idea how to search for them to try them out.
Would you mind sharing:
a) what editor(s) are in that video,
b) any similar editors, and
c) where do I get them?

The editor shown is from the Xtext GMF example, which has been abandoned
when GMF was dead (pushed of the train because there were no committers
reacting). In the meantime, new ways of integrating Xtext and GMF have
popped up. Just search this forum for GMF.
If you want to learn how to write graphical editors, e.g. with GMF, GEF
or Graphiti, please consult the documentation or forums of these projects.
