SDL errors appearing only when I open source files [message #1014967]

Hello,
I'm working on a SDL+SDL_Image project.
When I create a "new makefile project with existing code" everything is fine.
If I build and run the project without opening any source file, the program works perfectly with not a single error.
If I open a single source file, Eclipse does not recognize the SDL and returns errors for every piece of code containing SDL functions or variables.
How can I fix that?
