The editor in the screen shot doesn't look familiar. Is it provided by a third party? If so, then you should contact the creator of the editor and ask them. The marker may be provided by one of their features.

Ehm, I am the creator of the plugin, and I didn't define the marker myself.
It just shows up there for no reason.
How can I programmatically remove it?
